FEATURES :
Precision Linear Pneumatic Positioner is fitted with reversible cam which acts
as a position feed back. The Linear Positioner which is mounted on a subbase, converts an ON OFF linear cylinder to regulating. The power cylinder can be integrated with standard mountings and various accessories.The positioner is high quality, flapper nozzle type.

LEVER FEED BACK :
As a standard ROTEX provides Lever Feed Back. The lever movement being sinusoidal. The percentage opening behaves in similar fashion. The correction can be done either at DCS level or by correcting the internal cam on the positioner.

Electropneumatic positioner is fitted with a reversible cam. The cam acts as a feedback. Positioner accepts 4-20 mA input. The current directly operates flapper nozzle.

FEATURES:
All the power cylinders can be supplied with optional accessories. Some accessories are factory fitted. Some can be installed at the later stage. It is highly recommended that you consult ROTEX for complete installation, application, etc. Air lock relays are more practical to be considered during various power failure made.

POWER CYLINDER:
Rotex power cylinder can be installed in various corrosive environments by selecting suitable material. Bellows and guards can be provided for physical protection.


MATERIAL OF CONSTRUCTION:

Cylinder Mountings as per ISO 6431 and ISO 6432. All accessories can be installed or dismantled without removing cylinder covers.
